Built for the people who quietly take care of everything
OkayList started with a simple observation — the people who do the most for others have no good place to keep track of it all.
It started with a conversation most people recognize. Someone you love needs help — with a doctor's appointment, a bill, a phone call they keep putting off. You handle it. Then you handle the next thing. And the next.
Before long, you're the one holding all the information. You remember which doctor said what, which account needs renewing, which task has been sitting undone for three weeks. Nobody else knows. And if something happens to you, that knowledge disappears.
OkayList is the place to put all of it. A shared journal that keeps a record of what's been done. A to-do list that makes sure nothing falls through the cracks. And when you need to hand something off — a simple guide that explains exactly how it works.
OkayList is for anyone quietly holding things together for someone else. Adult children helping aging parents. Spouses managing a household together. Caregivers juggling appointments, medications, and conversations with doctors. Anyone who has ever thought — I need to write this down somewhere.
It's also for the people being helped. So they can see what's been done, know what's coming, and feel less like a burden — because the information is already there, waiting for them.
The small things matter
Logging a phone call with a doctor. Checking off a task. Writing down what happened at an appointment. These things seem minor in the moment. Over time, they become the record of how much you cared.
Simple is better
OkayList will never be cluttered with features you don't need. We keep it focused — a journal, a to-do list, and guides when you need them. That's it.
Privacy matters
Your journal often contains personal details about the people you love — health updates, financial decisions, private conversations. We treat that information with respect, and we will never sell it or use it for advertising.
OkayList is an independent product built and maintained in Vancouver, British Columbia. We're not backed by venture capital or optimizing for rapid growth. We're building something useful, sustainable, and worth paying for.
